Tired of the same old garlic bread? I certainly was! So I set out to roast garlic: quite very simple. Take an entire head of garlic, cut the top 1/2" off - drizzle with Extra virgin olive oil - wrap in foil. Bake at 350-ish for about 45 minutes.

(You can see the results of the garlic in the foil packet) - Spread it on a loaf of bread - it's just like butter! (Oh and you may want to let the garlic sit for a minute or two after opening the foil. intense heat! )

Tah dah.. ready for the oven.

I popped it in the oven for about 15 minutes. We loved it but will add cheese next time!
