Cornbread Stuffing

I cheat. I do this the easy way.

Buy a bag of cornbread stuffing.

Slice up veggies (onions and celery and mushrooms) to your liking. (I personally use about 3 onions, half a bunch of celery, and a can of mushrooms.) Saute in a stick of butter until the onions are translucent.

Meanwhile, combine bag of stuffing with a can of chicken broth. Let sit until veggies are ready.

Combine the veggies and the stuffing in a 2 quart casserole. Add a beaten egg, some salt, and some pepper to the mixture.

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Yummy. I love me some stuffing.

Yummmm! I'm not the biggest fan of regular stuffing, but I LOVEEEE cornbread stuffing. I have a recipe I make every Thanksgiving but it takes so much work, hence I only make it once a year! :)~
